Take off your Bijoux SULTIZ jewelry before taking a shower, swimming in the sea or the pool or exercizing.

As for the cleaning of your jewelry, use a soft cloth with surgical spirit.

•PLEASE, CAREFULLY READ THE MAINTENANCE GUIDE as soon as you buy a Bijoux SULTIZ piece of jewelry.

* Our jewelry is guaranteed for a year from the date of purchasing for a usage in compliance with the MAINTENANCE GUIDE of the brand.

*Are exlcuded from the warranty: deteriorations caused by a usage or a non-appropriated maintenance if you did not follow the specified instructions, bumps, damage due to contact with chemical products or abrasive materials.
In case of a deterioration not included in the warranty, we can offer an after-sales service for 12 euros which includes the rewiring and cleaning of your jewelry.
For any missing , broken or lost elements (skulls, crosses, clasps, cubes, perls, etc), ask for the rates.
Any replacement or repair with the warranty or not has to be subjected to a demand before sending your damaged product.
