General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Subject:
The present general terms and conditions apply to the distance selling of products presented on the Bijoux SULTIZ website.
Any order implies prior consultation and acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
As these general terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time, the customer has the option of downloading and saving these general terms and conditions. He/she declares not to purchase products from
Bijoux SULTIZ in order to resell them and have the capacity to enter into this contract, which means being of legal age and not being under guardianship or curatorship.

Article 1: Products

The products are offered within the limit of available stocks.
The products offered for sale are presented and described with the greatest possible accuracy, we take the greatest care to put a complete description of the product.
To obtain additional information the customer has the possibility to contact us.

Article 2: Prices

The prices are indicated in euros including all taxes - VAT not applicable art.293 B of the CGI ( French legislation) - excluding the fixed contribution to  international transport costs.
The prices can be modified at any time of the year, in particular due to a promotional offer, sales, launch offer.
The contribution to shipping costs is indicated before the validation of the order.
The amount of the transport costs is valid for all metropolitan France (including Corsica)
For all other deliveries to the French overseas departments and territories and the European Union and the international countries a contribution to the shipping costs will be different.

Article 3: Payment

Payments shall be made in euros.
Payment is made online, at the time of the order:
- by secure credit card
- without using cash

Article 4: Delivery time / Availability / Delivery

Delivery time FRANCE AND EUROPE
The times indicated correspond to the average manufacturing time, between 2 and 4 working days after validation of your payment.
The average delivery time is 3 days (excluding Sunday).
The personalized products require between 1 and 5 additional days because of the operations of workshop for the Jewels in particular the setting with size.

Delivery time INTERNATIONAL
Estimed delivery time 10 workings days .
We decline all responsibility for the international shipping times with do not depend on us but on the Post Office

Availability
In case of unavailability of a product you have the possibility to contact us to order it, when the product will be back in stock you will send us an e-mail.
If a product is no longer available after placing an order, the customer will be informed of the items that are out of stock, he can then request the cancellation or exchange of his order.

Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process.
If the delivery address is different from the billing address, the consumer must clearly indicate this in the order form.
The shipment is made by Colissimo or letter followed by French Post Office  without signature. The system Colissimo and letter followed allows a delivery in an average period of 48 hours (10 days for international)  This time is communicated as an indication.
Any possible overtaking will not be able to give place to damages, deduction or cancellation of the order by the purchaser.
In case of late delivery, the buyer will have to send us a written letter (mail or e-mail) so that we can proceed to an investigation with the Post Office.
We are in no way responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery, or a delay due to a total or partial strike of the postal services, or the loss of a parcel by La Poste.

Article 5 : Intellectual property

All elements of the Bijoux SULTIZ site are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents.
Any partial or total reproduction of these elements is strictly forbidden without written authorization.

Procedure for Goods Returns :

All merchandise returns must be made in their original packaging.
Should an item have a manufacturing defect, we undertake to exchange it, provided it is returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding invoice within 7 days of receipt of the package to the following address:

The defective item will be replaced as soon as possible.

Article 6: Exchange / Credit note / Refund

Jewelry created especially for a consumer (special sizes, customization of a model, products not listed ...) are not returned or exchanged or refunded.
Any return of merchandise requires the prior agreement of Bijoux SULTIZ.
Each return must be returned with a "return number" issued by Bijoux SULTIZ.
The customer must clearly indicate this number on the returned package.
If no number appears on the package we will not accept the package.
Returns are made at the customer's expense.
